Vice President/Managing Director of Wells Fargo Bank’s Public Finance Division where he specializes in tax exempt public debt for the Midwest market.

 

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Wayne worked for LaSalle Bank in Chicago, Ill. as the vice president in charge of tax-exempt financing

An active member in his community, Wayne holds the position of County Commissioner for Will County, Il  since 2000                                                                                                          

 

Vice Chairman of the Joliet Arsenal Development Authority for 6 years                                                       

 

Deputy Mayor/Trustee and zoning commissioner for the city of Bolingbrook, IL for 20 years                                                                                                                                             

 

He is a former board member and Vice Chairman of the American Cancer Society

In his free time, Wayne enjoys spending time with his wife Peggie and their daughters, as well as golfing, boating and fishing. Wayne holds various Securities licenses and the designation of Senior Investment Banker.

 

With this experience as an elected official coupled in investment banking, Wayne provides the unique ability to look at Public Finance transactions from “both sides of the table.”
